Education Qualification:
- Any graduate with good analytical skills (BCA/BSC Computer Science background preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of experience
Desired Skills:
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu
- Ability to respond to simple to complex queries and deliver customer delight
- Experience with ERP support
- Exposure to working in a Startup ecosystem is desired
Job Description:
- Provide effective and timely resolution to customer queries.
- Provide support via call and chat.
- Align on TAT and SLA standards set by the company.
- Escalate necessary cases to the right team.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Work in rotational shifts and extended hours during high volumes.
