The Client Delivery Lead oversees multiple client portfolios’ overall delivery/implementation success. This role involves leading multiple teams concurrently and being accountable for successful and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include managing the P&L for the portfolio, reporting project status, managing client escalations, and addressing potential issues and risks.

Deliverables and Performance Measures:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client portfolios.
- Manage teams to deliver client implementations of a SaaS platform.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues during implementation.
- Coordinate efforts with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Support.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and milestones.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Serve as a client advocate within the organization.
- Meet specific margin targets for client portfolio.
- Manage overall metrics for client portfolio.
What will make you successful:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Experience managing teams and SaaS-based projects.
- Experience in insurance or financial SaaS solutions preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing a client portfolio.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and team-building skills.
- Flexible with proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience with project and resource management solutions preferred.
